Room smelled of mold. No hot water. No towels in the room. All three jacuzzi were cold. Refrigerator and microwave inoperable.

Pésimo, pedimos una habitación con jacuzzi, televisor, y tranquila, no había agua caliente, el jacuzzi ni el televisor funcionaron, más de 1hr tratando de arreglar, en la habitación de la par un escándalo, después de quejarnos mil veces nos dieron otra habitación cerca del restaurante donde había una fiesta y no pudimos dormir, a las 5am agarramos nuestras cosas y nos largamos, cero recomendado

It was truly disappointing the water temperature because it was barely warm for the bathtub inside the room as well as the hot tubs outside near the pools.
